By accessing or using the SearchReady website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SearchReady provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads management, lead tracking, and website design. All services are delivered on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees for our services are billed monthly in advance. All amounts are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Our contracts are on a rolling month-by-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains chargeable.
All content, materials, and intellectual property created by SearchReady during the provision of services remain the property of SearchReady until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
SearchReady shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to account credentials, business data, and strategic plans.
